Since the launch of its first model in 2011, ChefCut® has been replacing traditional cutting tools like knives, moulds, and wire guitars. Using a waterjet projected through a 0.1 mm nozzle at 3000 bar and up to 300 mm per second, ChefCut® cuts both fresh and frozen foods with exceptional precision.
