Hydroforming makes it possible to create metal parts with complex shapes using pressures ranging from just a few bar up to 4,000 bar.

Over the years, HYDROPROCESS® has developed strong expertise in designing and fine-tuning equipment specifically for forming rotationally symmetrical parts with undercuts — shapes that cannot be produced using conventional stamping methods. Originally used in the aerospace and automotive industries, this technology is now expanding into new fields, including food processing and energy production.

We design and manufacture hydroforming tools and develop custom control systems, including pressure generators tailored to your specifications. Our 900 m² workshop, equipped with overhead cranes, allows us to assemble and test equipment under real-world conditions — and even carry out pre-production runs for our clients.
