Hydroforming<\/strong> makes it possible to create metal parts<\/strong> with complex shapes using pressures ranging from just a few bar up to 4,000 bar.<\/p>\n

Over the years, HYDROPROCESS\u00ae has developed strong expertise in designing and fine-tuning equipment specifically for forming rotationally symmetrical parts with undercuts \u2014 shapes that cannot be produced using conventional stamping methods. Originally used in the aerospace<\/strong> and automotive industries<\/strong>, this technology is now expanding into new fields, including food processing and energy production.<\/p>\n

We design and manufacture hydroforming tools<\/strong> and develop custom control systems, including pressure generators tailored to your specifications. Our 900 m\u00b2 workshop, equipped with overhead cranes, allows us to assemble and test equipment under real-world conditions \u2014 and even carry out pre-production runs for our clients.<\/p>\n
